First triangular league match. The day started with Mellor vs Sheffield (+ a few loaned players from us) with Mellor securing a win in the first match.
We then took on Mellor, all fired up. It was a hard-fought game and even though we managed to score a point against them they took the win.
The third game of the day saw Leeds ladies take on Sheffield. After a close-scoring game in the first half, the Penguins came out on top with the first win of the season with a final score of 9-3! With great goals from Milly Sillito, Milly Pratt and Heather Kendall.
