We are a Leeds based ladies lacrosse club playing in the North women’s league. We train at Adel Sports and Social Club (Church Lane, Adel, Leeds LS16 8DE) every Monday from 6.45pm to 8.30pm on grass in the summer and astroturf in the winter, games are always on grass so pack your boots!
We play matches on Saturday’s from late September to March, but we also believe in having a good time generally and we make time to have frequent social events and enjoy ourselves.
We are always on the lookout for new members, whatever your experience. If you’ve never played lacrosse before, you don’t know what you are missing!
