On a frosty morning we headed west to finally play a game of lacrosse! There was tension as to whether the pitch would have defrosted but luckily it did. 

We started strong out of the gates with a 6-0 lead after the first quarter. Heaton Mersey put up a fight over the following quarters but were no match for our girl of the game Alex and her 5 goals! Closely flowed by our other high scorers Bella, Orlaith and Charlotte. Shout out to Claire for her debut for the team.

Cracking game and good to be back on the field. Ready for the rest of the season.
